Trakkit is designed to help you manage your money quickly and easily. It allows you to add your online bank and credit card accounts together so you can view them all in one simple to use dashboard.
Once you have added your accounts to Trakkit, we do the rest and sort all of your transactions into easy to view groups and categories, making it easy to see exactly what your money is doing.
Simply click the 'SIGN UP' button, enter in your contact and payment information and we will take you to our add account wizard to start linking your online accounts.
Click Log In at the top of the page and use the email address and password you used to sign up.
Go to the Log in page and click on the 'Forgotten your password?'' link. Enter the email address you used to sign up to your Trakkit account and we will email you a link to reset your password and access your account.
Yes. Once you are logged in to your Trakkit account, click on 'My profile' in your dashboard to enter a new password.
When you first sign up to Trakkit you will be taken to the add account wizard. The wizard will show you step by step how to add your accounts. Simply select your bank or credit card provider and enter your login credentials.
You can also add additional accounts once you are a Trakkit member. Simply click on 'My accounts' in your dashboard and you can access the add account wizard from there.
You will be charged £29.87 per month for your Trakkit subscription. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.
The most common errors that can occur when adding your accounts are usually resolved by retrying the add account process. If you are still experiencing issues after retrying, get in contact with us with us through the contact form you can find on this page. Trakkit takes your security very seriously and has ensured that our technology is as secure as possible. We use SSL encryption on all of our services and do not have access to or store any of your online banking credentials.
All of your banking information entered in the add account wizard is processed by a 3rd party with over 15 years of industry experience and the highest standard of security available. Your information is extremely secure no matter where you use our site.
Your bank is quite right in informing you to take care of your login information to prevent fraud and to protect login information from being used in the wrong way.
Trakkit simply provides you with a secure service to assist you better manage your money. Some banks acknowledge the benefits of aggregation services in their Terms and Conditions and are happy to permit aggregation. Others do not, but this does not necessarily imply they do not want you to aggregate your accounts.
If you want to cancel your subscription, simply login to your account, click on 'My profile' and click the 'cancel my account' link. Once your account has been successfully cancelled you will no longer be charged.
Trakkit is a monthly subscription service. When you sign up you agree to pay a monthly subscription of £29.87. All customers are welcome to cancel their account at anytime without penalty.
When you cancel you will not be charged any further subscription fees. You will not however receive a refund for the subscription fees you have paid up until that point.
